Our Goals.
We desire to see young men gain further clarity in their understanding of full-time ministry through growth in character, conviction, competence, calling, and appreciation of a Christ-centered church's culture.
We are committed to working with each of our residents to actively help them find the next opportunity, whether it be in seminary, at a local church, or other setting.
Character.
Establish a discipline of Bible study and prayer in order to deepen your walk with Jesus Christ.
Conviction.
Develop a deeper understanding of the sufficiency of Scripture, the cross of Christ, and the purpose of the Church.
Call.
Evaluate God’s call for full-time service through spiritual, ministerial, educational, and personal development.
Competence.
Observe and perform specific ministry duties throughout a broad range of ministry environments.
Culture.
Become a part of Parkside Church and gain a deeper understanding of how to develop a Christ-centered culture.
